Babelmdina Return Policy

We understand that you may change your mind and have the right to return any product purchased from our site within 30 days of receiving your order. If you wish to return a product, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us to obtain an authorized return (RA) number by sending us an email at [email protected] or by calling us at +212 661 420 764. Please include your name, email address, order number, and a description of the product you wish to return in your RA request.

2. We will send you a confirmation email with your RA number and return instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully so that your return can be processed quickly and efficiently.

3. Carefully package the product in its original packaging, or in a similar protective packaging. Make sure the product is in perfect condition and has not been used or damaged.

4. Ship the product to the return address that we will provide in the RA confirmation email. Please include your RA number on the outside of the packaging and keep a copy of your shipping proof in case of loss or damage during transit.

5. We will refund the purchase price of the product (minus the original shipping fees) upon receiving and verifying the returned product. Return shipping fees will be at your expense.
